Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Various types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.Additional non-returnables:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons other than our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is issued.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the sender received the order to be sent to you later, we will send you a refund and inform you of your return.Shipping
